Send a part-filled endorsement to a club. The club receives a link with the applicant and program already filled in, and supplies their contribution, contact details and signature. The link works once and expires after 60 days.
The completed endorsement will be emailed to this person.
Optional. If entered, the applicant is sent a copy of the completed endorsement.
