This form collects contact details for your club's endorsement of an applicant to a Rotary youth program. We treat that information carefully.
- Everything you enter is sent over a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Your endorsement is stored inside Rotary District 9660's private Microsoft 365 environment, where data is encrypted and access-controlled.
- It is seen only by authorised Rotary officers running the relevant youth program.
- The information is used solely to organise and run the program safely. It is not sold, published, or shared for any other reason.
- It is held and used in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and Rotary's privacy policy.
