Submit Your Working with Children Check

Use this form to add your Working with Children Check to the district's Youth Protection Compliance Register, or to update the details already held for you.

Your submission is recorded as Pending. It becomes a clearance only once the District Youth Protection Officer has verified it with the Office of the Childrens Guardian. You do not need to do anything further: you will not be asked to log in, and there is no link to keep.

This form records the details of your Working with Children Check so it can be added to the district's Youth Protection Compliance Register. Because this is a youth protection record, Rotary handles it carefully.

• Everything you enter is sent over a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS).
• Your submission is stored inside Rotary District 9660's private Microsoft 365 SharePoint compliance register, where data is encrypted and access-controlled.
• It is visible only to the district's Youth Protection Officers, who are responsible for verifying and recording clearances.
• The information is used solely to verify your Working with Children Check with the Office of the Childrens Guardian and to record your clearance status. It is not sold, published, or shared for any other purpose.
• It is held and used in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and Rotary's privacy policy.
