Monthly Yepper Report

Before you start

Your monthly report goes into the Yepper, the newsletter that every Rotary club in the district reads. Write it in your own words. No sign-in is needed.

  • Cover all seven sections below. Every section is required.
  • Keep the whole report to about two A4 pages.
  • Your report is due on the 1st of each month. There are no extensions.
  • You can attach up to 8 photos.
  • If you have more than 8 photos and about 1.5 pages of writing, your report may be turned into a video instead.

Submitting your reports is part of your exchange agreement. If you cannot finish it in time, contact your Club Counsellor or YEO before the due date rather than not sending anything.

The month you are reporting on. This defaults to the month just finished.

Seven sections, all required. Write as much or as little as each one needs, keeping the whole report to about two A4 pages.
